About the Position

We are looking for an illustrator who wants to be part of a team that supports end-users by creating clear and educational illustrations. By visualizing functions, handling, and procedures in the best way, you contribute to the target audience being able to perform their tasks efficiently and reliably. The role involves a broad area of responsibility and a varied workday where you independently drive your work forward and take your own initiatives.

We hope you can start as soon as possible, and you will work as a consultant through us at Cleverex Bemanning for 6 months. If everything feels good in the collaboration, there is a possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities

Produce and be responsible for the content, design, usability, and deadlines of the illustrations.
Independently conduct work and actively participate in the collection of image information.
Work in accordance with guidelines for illustrations and ensure that the material meets the right quality and educational content.
Participate in working groups together with method engineers, designers, and end customers to understand user needs.
Visit end-users and help map their situation and needs.
Actively seek information and monitor areas of responsibility while contributing improvement suggestions.
Establish and maintain documentation of work methods and routines.
Support new employees through mentorship and contribute to competence development within the area of responsibility.

Your Profile

Competence Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience working as an illustrator of technical products, preferably in the automotive sector.
Very good ability to visualize technical products and functions.
Good ability to write and understand Swedish and English in speech and writing.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are social and pedagogical, with a good ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably. You are also independent and responsible, driving your work forward and ensuring deadlines are met. As a person, you are also proactive, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to further develop work processes.
